Our extraordinary teas are produced on a family-owned plantation near the Indian Ocean in the southwest region of Sri Lanka.

The Handunugoda Tea Estate, operated for over 140 years by the current proprietor’s family, is an eco-friendly home to a rich and diverse variety of plants and animals.
No pesticides or insecticides are ever used.
The Handunugoda manufacturing facility is approved by the Sri Lanka Tea Board which applies the most stringent standards for labor welfare and cleanliness.
Handunugoda is known around the world for its Virgin White Tea; the only tea untouched by hand. This tea possesses 10.11% antioxidants and is considered the purest tea in the world. The leaves for our exquisite teas are processed under the guidance of a team of experts with decades of experience in selecting and blending the world’s most delicate and delicious teas.
